Da quello che sò è un messaggio utilizzato tra banche tramite circuito SWIFT per inviare e ricevere denaro tra di loro. Ho letto che l'mt103 viaggia come messaggio che avvisa l'imminente transazione ma non so di più in quanto non vengono usati da persone al di fuori di un istituto finanziario.
