今日は嬬恋キャベツマラソン（ハーフの部）に参加してきました。
別名、日本一ハードなマラソン大会と自称している過酷なレースでした。
ハーフマラソンなのに高低差は200メートル近くあり、最後の1キロで100メートル以上一気に駆け上がり（歩きましたが）ます。
一昨年参加して、
もう2度と出るものかーー！！と言っていたのですが、昨年参加しなかったら仲間に
なんで出ないんだー！
と怒られたので、今年は涙ながらに参加しましたよ。坂のレースは私苦手です。
Today I participated in Tsumagoi Cabbage Marathon (half part).
Another name is the harsh race that I call himself the hardest marathon contest in Japan.
Even though it is a half marathon, the difference in elevation is nearly 200 meters and runs at 100 meters or more at a stroke (walked) at the last 1 km.

いつも通り円陣もしてますが、キャベツが置かれているところは、キャベツマラソンのお約束です。
タイムは1時間47分とまぁ出るはずがないですね。ラップもボロボロです。気温も30度近かったと思います。
I am doing a shoes circular as usual, but the place where cabbage is placed is a promise of the cabbage marathon.
It can not be said that the time is like 1 hour 47 minutes. Rap is also terrible. I think the temperature was close to 30 degrees.

最初の坂は10パーセントの下り坂なんであげすぎず自然なペースで。その後はまあ登りで落ち下りで上げを繰り返して。

この次は仕事が無ければ…小布施見にマラソンでコスプレマラソンです。初音ミク白桜花なのでやりたいなぁ…
