Har Hari Meditation for Willpower and Prosperity

in #kundalini6 years ago

Dear Sangat Ji,

Har Har Har Har Har Har Har Hari is a bij (seed) mantra. That is a one syllable sound when chanted repeatedly will implant the power (specific frequency) it contains into our being and continue to grow.
This specific one manifests the Infinite in its creative form.

This meditation will develop in you a very powerful willpower.
The outcome is prosperity that comes only when our nervous system is strong with our energy centers balanced.

It was part of the daily evening Sadhana at Yogi Bhajan House of Guru Ram Das in Los Angeles, at least in 1984 /85 when I was there.

The time is 11 minutes
The mudra is to sit in Virasana (warrior / hero pose), arms parallel to the ground, forearms over each other, not touching.
Each sound is projected from the navel.
Applying the mulbhand with each sound will add to the power generated.
Eyes 1/10 open looking at the tip of the nose.

Warning: You will find this mudra difficult at first as the times we live in are not favorable for the development of a strong nervous system nor warrior / hero qualities.
The heavy metals we breathe from the aerosol sprayed daily from the sky, the chemicals contained in almost every product we touch, injected into our blood, the food we eat, the distractions offered, the social engineering and trends pushed by the ruling elites, etc…are factors contributing at the degeneration of our beings, physically, mentally and spiritually.

To repent, to roll back what leads us to the weaknesses of our being, is the only way to regain our holistic integrity.
These days, prosperity will not come at all unless it’s a goal we pursue together.
The key to a successful transition to the Aquarian Age and all its promises resides in the commitment to join our repentance forces (Sadhana, taming our individuality to work toward the common goal) together and share the resulting prosperity.
Only the common fight against the inner dragon will guaranty the victory against the outer one.

Start gradually. Relax the mudra when necessary but KEEP UP. You will get there and your reward will go beyond all expectations.

Comments by Dr. Gurucharan Singh Khalsa:
This meditation builds a deep sense of self-reliance. It allows you to separate your identity from your success. It gives you potency, productivity, and caliber. It makes you experience and believe in yourself. Then success comes to serve you, rather than you running after it. This meditation was taught by Guru Nanak. It was passed on by Baba Siri Chand and, later, by Guru Hargobind.
