There is something called RC on the steem blockchain, it stands for resource credits.
Everything you do on the steem blockchain cost you RC, every comment, every post and every vote.
The more Steempower you have the more max RC you have and you recharge faster.

I do 2-3 posts a day, mainly 2 tho.
