365 Days That Count - Day 45 - Yoga and boxing, who would have thought.
It feels great to be back in the gym. My shoulder has recovered nicely and I can feel how much fitter I’ve got since I started. Don’t get me wrong it’s still hard - very hard - but I spend more time enjoying the challenge and less time wanting to vomit than I used to.
It’s also been great to see how much people are enjoying the little yoga session I do after class.
Most days these are tough guys who’ve never really done anything like this yet they all come up to me afterwards saying how great it feels and how much they appreciate the time.
For me, it’s an absolute pleasure.
Firstly I need it as much as anyone after such high intensity training and secondly it’s nice to lead a class again, something I haven’t really done since hosting the yoga retreats last year.
I also just found out that I’ve got the production job I’ve been crossing fingers over, so I’m feeling positively chuffed this evening!
As if all that wasn’t good enough, I have curry and red wine waiting for me!

Sorry for the late response and thank you so much @baerdric it really does seem to help especially for those who have never really taken the time to stretch properly after high impact workouts, they say they feel a big difference
