amazingly hard. After meeting dozens of homeless in NorCal I now know the extent of what the problem is. It's ridiculous how society and all these individual cities have let it get this far.
I hear that Chico (and now Yuba City too) are good examples in North California of communities solving the problem to a good extent.
Can I ask where you were homeless at?
