Wow. I finally found somebody from the other side of the spectrum. I worked for more than 10 years in bug corporations so I know much of the atmosphere, leadership, framework. There is a tremendous lack of productivity paradoxically because we seek productivity, efficiency and cash effective methods. It's insane. Glad to hear anout a person, not a robot, a human, not a blind executioner. Thank you.
