You leave with a blooming smile when you finish a 10-day Vipassana meditation course 🧘 Definitely the best 10 days of my life! For me, the experience was enlightening and illuminating.
Vipassana has been described as a deep surgical operation into the unconscious mind. It was bliss, it was hell, and an experience that will always be with me.
Much gratitude to have found this practice in my life.🙏

Sure. I'll be sharing all the details soon. It was my first experience with meditation of any sort and it feels like I've come back as a new person. Vipassana is more than just combating stress and fatigue. It gives you a completely new viewpoint on everything outside and within you.
