It looks like a crab apple tree, birds love to eat the fruit. It doesn't taste that great on it's own but I know people who make stuff like jams and purees with it. I used to have one in my backyard at my old place and there was so many bird variety eating from the tree all year long. It does look pretty spectacular in full bloom, we have many of them here too.
