Thanks for the thorough read and write-up, @dber! Cash is definitely a huge consideration at this point. I don't want to be negative or anything like that, but the possibility of misuse of money is, well, I hate to say it, quite likely. I don't want to go into detail or shame anyone, but well, poverty breeds some pretty shitty circumstances. It just does :-/.
