We think we are nothing when we give up our values and sense of self.

Seems like a dangerous road to go down, I don't know what kinda crazy I will come out as :)

    I can relate!

    It's a journey for sure, simple but not necessarily easy.

    I don't think I fully understood it a few years ago. Even today, it's constant awareness of what I sometimes choose with biases. It takes a little practice, but it is nice ... When in some momentary windows ...

    we become everything - with nothing holding us back, not even ourselves.
