I am a victim of this problem. I find it hard sleeping at nights, sometimes i will be up playing music or reading news off my computer.
I think i now know a reason why i have this problem. I most times eat very late at night, and from your post, it's unhealthy. I'll change my eating timetable and see what changes it will bring to my sleeping habit.

If I may respond to that. Reading from a computer isnt working at all. Phones and computers have this blue light which will keep you awake longer. That's why specialist tell people to avoid using their phone before sleeping time.
