Ye over all it's good to be determined and get started with things and going to Gym definitely helps. But if you are stuck in a lot of mess, it's important to prioritise. I'm at a stage where I want to do everything to get myself out of a tangled situation and Gym has been pushed down for the time being. I feel bad about it, But I feel Im too distracted in the gym and it's increasing my worries.

You are right. That is why I always say baby steps, one thing at the time. Tell yourself: it is about 1 hour or 2 of 24 hours. You should take time for yourself and focus on your body. Healthy body healthy mind. We always find time for what we really want.
