How to start something when you feel lost.

"But I don't know where to start!"

We hear that all the time, don't we?

When we want to start a new project, a new business or even more simple things like learning new skills, start going to the gym, everyone seems to pull out that same old excuse, top it with whip cream, (million excuses) and use it on the daily to explain why we haven't begun what we want to do.

Deep inside of you, do you really not know how to begin.

We all know where to start. Even on those gloomy days, we all know!

Take a moment to think about this. Whatever you want to start, is it possible to google it? Youtube it? Are there blogs about it? With the technology so advanced now a day, all the information we need is at our fingertips. We can research on any subject, find who is the best out there, connect with people and find the answers.

People act powerless because it became a habit. Simple as that!

It's just so much easier to say we don't know where to start instead of risking failure.
Get out of your comfort zone and take that first step. Research on your goal, connect with people, send emails requesting pieces of information, go to blogs, look up videos on youtube and ask people around you.

Be positive. You can do it, you got this! With baby steps and you will make it.

Ye over all it's good to be determined and get started with things and going to Gym definitely helps. But if you are stuck in a lot of mess, it's important to prioritise. I'm at a stage where I want to do everything to get myself out of a tangled situation and Gym has been pushed down for the time being. I feel bad about it, But I feel Im too distracted in the gym and it's increasing my worries.

You are right. That is why I always say baby steps, one thing at the time. Tell yourself: it is about 1 hour or 2 of 24 hours. You should take time for yourself and focus on your body. Healthy body healthy mind. We always find time for what we really want.
