This is a video of exercises you can do at your desk or as I like to call it deskercises!
Whether you are looking at crypto at all hours of the day, doing research on potential big partnerships, working your 9-5 desk job, or an entrepreneur, there is one thing in common! You are most likely sitting for a long period of your day.
When I am working at home, I've realized that my shoulders are tensed, I have low back pain, and very tight hips. I put together these stretches and exercises that have helped me and that you can do every hour. I highly recommend doing these as they will help you strengthen the muscles imbalances that you have from sitting!

@theaudgirl, This video is really appreciable and yes, it's really important to take break for couple of minutes if we are sitting for too long at one place and in that way our body can get the essence of flexibility and it can breathe effectively and inturn we will going to feel the relief. Keep up the awesome work and you've came up with effective tips for sure.

No I have not given up! As soon as I think I can take the time to post, something else comes up. But I suppose that is part of life. Had an knee injury and needed surgery. That has been probably the biggest restraint! Looking forward to coming back on here though. Miss the community (as I always say! :))
