Did you know focusing on the breathe isn't the important part?
In yoga & meditation classes everywhere people we are taught to focus on the breathe. Inhale. Exhale.
But what I told you there was something amazing hidden in that simple exercise that most people miss?
It's not just about the where & how the air in & out of the body oxygenation your vessel & bringing you into the body.
The far greater secret lies hidden in the space in between the breathe.
In this space we connect with all of the spaces In between. The space filled with Divine energy.
So the next time you're loving yourself with some pranayama try bringing your attention to the space in between the breathe the moment where you neither inhale nor exhaled...let go in that stillness.
The more you do this the more you can be aware of all of the moments of stillness throughout your day & begin to live in that moment. In deeper divine connection 💖🙌
