The more I meditate and the more I live primarily in the present, the more presence becomes a natural state in my daily life. I have moments where I get lost in my mind thinking about the past or the future and once I snap out of it, I notice the difference.
Its kinda like being in a room with a fridge thats making a loud noise for a long time, and then suddenly, it stops.
