Peace comes to my heart, and I feel that the present moment is expanding without one. This is the discipline of the mind, and it must be continuously trained. -Steve Jobs-

Many celebrities are known to have enjoyed meditation.
Meditation is said to help a lot in life.

Let's know about the efficacy of meditation.

  • Reduced likelihood of cardiovascular disease
  • Anxiety disorder and depression symptom relief
  • Chronic pain control
  • Improved immune function
  • Cognitive enhancement
  • Increase resilience
  • Etc...

When we look at the brain at the time of meditation, we found that the prefrontal cortex and limbic system were prominently activated, decreased the activity of the sympathetic nervous system (adrenaline and norepinephrine) and increased the parasympathetic nervous system (cardiovascular protective activity) did.

It was found that the cetaphalia in the brain decreased. Decreases in Cetaphas will increase your concentration and cognitive skills as your thoughts become clearer.

Meditation also has a good effect on non-brain areas. Concentrations of cortisol and inflammatory markers (such as C-active protein and interleukin 6) were low in the blood of the meditating person. In addition, meditation in the treatment of patients with depression or anxiety disorders, the symptoms are significantly improved, changes in both the structure and function of the brain and neurotransmitters have been proven to show this effect.

Today I will talk about breathing meditation.

Find a quiet place. You can play calm music.
First, sit comfortably and set your waist straight.
The chair does not matter either. If the chair is too hard, lie down comfortably.

Close your eyes and watch the breath coming and going naturally. Do not artificially adjust, but just look.
If another thought arises, do not take the thought and look calmly.

If it does not work, say in your mind, "I don't know. It's ok, even if you do not know."
When you calm down to a certain degree, you hear the sound of breathing coming and going naturally.

When I finish my meditation, I open my eyes slowly.

Meditation is neither more nor less than rest.
You should not try to get anything through meditation.
If you do it, you will get it naturally.

What can be done to make the muddy water clean?

It is just to stay still.
