Go Ahead, Make Your Meditation Teacher's Day
Most of us meditation teachers are not in it for the money (though we do have bills to pay). Rather we are in it for the joy and satisfaction of helping people be in a better, happier more effective place. It delights me no end when I get messages from my clients that they've been meditating.
So go ahead make your teacher's day
by messaging them that you've been regular with your practice.
And if you haven't been regular, it's even more important to contact your teacher and ask them to help you get back on track.
