Golden Leaves!

Meditation is love, for love has no desires, no wants, hopes, or needs - love is complete, just as meditation.

Silence is complete and whole, and within that silence there is great beauty.

Just as a melody of a song has great beauty, or birds serenading the earth as the sun rises, or a conversation between two friends - the very beauty arises out of the background of this silence.

As one sits here in silence and observes this extraordinary tree with its bright yellow shimmering leaves, one can't help but sense its presence.

Even though it remains still and quiet, it speaks volumes to the one who is watching.

Leaves constantly fall as if it were raindrops of gold by the hundreds, these leaves were alive and vibrant and gives one the sense of total freedom.

One watches the leaves play and move about with the wind - and one completely feels that there is no separation between the leaves, the wind, and the watching.

The leaves were scattering about with no intention or direction, one felt that nothing could disturb this happiness and freedom, one even noticed how some of them traveled in clusters down the same path enjoying the oneness that friends often share together.

Meditation is love, and without love, one cannot see the beauty and freshness of life - it is always there, and in this particular moment, it was seen through golden leaves.
