Thanks! If the plant is considered an invasive species in America, it’s likely been poisoned out of existence in most neighborhoods. HOAs are pretty strict about yard controls. That would explain why I’ve never seen or heard of it before. Until our current residence (we moved here just a couple of years ago), we’d always lived in neighborhoods with pretty strict HOAs.
