Pleasant nature walks
Walking through the woods is such an amazing energy. The fragrance of the trees and the soil uplifts the mood instantly, it is a healing balm. There is no sound of traffic, no pollution. All you have is clean and fresh air to breathe and the sound of the chirping birds to hear. This is on such one of my nature trails, where there is absolute silence and all I have around me is nature and the sound and feel of nature.
It feels like as if they are all ready to hug me
This wilderness is therapeutic
The sound of this water stream is something that I can keep listening to all day.
Such a beautiful vibe this is.
