Happy New Year
Nothing much has changed, as always it's just a change of day and nothing much changes except for the state of mind in these first few days of New Year and then it is again business as usual for everyone, we even forget that we are in New Year. But yet, the energy of these few days is magical and it works wonders if we want it to. I celebrated the New Year's eve with hubby and a few friends of ours. We went for a community party which was organized in one of the city lawns. It was a big affair, with more then 1000 people attending the party. There was music, dance and very yummy food. We had a lot of fun.
After bringing in the new year, we had our dinner and left for home, the party was still going on, but then I did not want to make it very late, as for today I had plans for morning. Today morning I had an early start, I did some prayers for home and then went to the Fire Temple. I want to start my New Year with good energy and blessings of the almighty.
Now in sometime I will be leaving for my another home which is outside the city. It is the first New Year of my new home and I want to do some prayers there as well. My new home which is on Airbnb rentals has been doing good and I cannot be enough grateful for that.
Honestly this year I have no solid plans, I do want to shift back to India permanently and me and hubby are working towards it, but still what destiny holds for us we do not know. We had this plan in 2022 also, but it did not work out and I was very disappointed. This year I will go with the flow and I am not getting fixed up on anything for now. If it happens it's good, if it does not then may be God has better plans for us. Other then that absolutely I have nothing for this year. From last few years I have been setting very tough goals but I am feeling tired now and want to take it easy, relax and take each day as it comes. I do wish to travel somewhere this year with family, but again no plans as such, so again, go with the flow.
I wish everyone a very Happy New Year and I wish that this joyful spirit which we have at the beginning of the year keeps flowing all through out the year in our hearts.
