CHEAT DAY MEALS!

You know, all of us try and eat healthy all the time, but sometimes it just gets to be too hard. In our society where body image is dictated to us through social media, it becomes hard to distinguish healthy from not.

Let me just tell you, today I laid in bed all day and ate nothing but sugar. SOOOO BAD.

I am here to tell you that it is okay.

I usually workout, eat healthily, keep my days busy.
I've also recently started a new job which has been very demanding.

And today I just crashed.

Let us rewind to the morning, I woke up and had chocolate cake. Then I had noodles.
Afterwards, I ate another slice of cake. And just now I finished off two entire donuts.

I just want to say that it is normal. I've realized that what you eat matters, but to have one day where everything goes out the window is allowed. A lot of times it will bring me back to sanity.

If you have ever had your body feel like it weighs 34170491709 pounds and you just can not do anything, how do you cope with it? let me know in the comments below :)

You have my vote because i think it's good you take one day off for eating whatever you want :) You have my authorization ^^ (and i eat healthy as well) Peace

Sometimes all you need is a good cheat day! If you limit yourself 100% from cheat foods, I find it is even harder to stay away from them in the long term. Just a little bit now and again would be good. Although I do have cheat days/meals quite often. Hahah I definitely need to get into a better exercise and fitness regime

There's always room for improvement, and as long as you see that, then you are on track to reaching your goals. @supernovastaffy

Hahaha this is funny. I agree with you. I eat healthy so that when I want to go have a treat I don't have a second thought about it. I upvoted because people really need to realize that having treats is fine, just in moderation. No crazy diets needed.

aweee thank you! and yeah! a good cheat day is all it takes to get your mind back in order sometimes :) @teggit

I eat well 90% of the time so I don't feel guilty about the other 10%.

hahaha me too! that's the best way of life
