Almost every one of these people that do these shootings are either on, or recently quit psychotropic drugs... but of course it's the guns fault!
and they ALL take place in 'gun free zones'

Re-reading it I'm thinking its just one of the upper-middle-class suburb dwellers. Most of the comfortable class have a pretty shit opinion of anyone not in the same or better-financed state of affairs.
