Ditch your Coffee for this Anti-inflammatory Golden milk Latte

Whats better on a cold winter night than a warm cup of gold.

Turmeric is an amazing anti-inflammatory and extremely warming to the gut.

If you have not tried golden milk yet you are truly missing out.

Golden milk is a creamy and delicious beverage with an abundance of health benefits.

You will need:

1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger + 1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
Pinch ground black pepper
Sweetener of choice to taste (raw honey, maple syrup, date syrup).

To make:

Heat coconut milk & blend in remaining ingredients.

Froth with an Areolatte or hand held blender.

Sort:  

Hmm golden milk. So good. I use more or less the same recipe. Steem on!

mabey cut down to 2 XL timmies coffees usually drink 3 :)
