[ESP/ENG] Fotografía de retratos (antes y despues) / Portrait photography (before and after)
Unlike many other people we have been trying to make the most of our time at home during these quarantine times.
That means doing a thousand and one things that we dont usualy do, only giving excuses to ourselves with the 'lack of time' for being focused on working and looking for projects like crazy in order to survive.
Well... We still look for projects like crazy to survive, but the truth is that we are limited, like everyone else, and there is a kind of global labor recession with the expectation and uncertainty of what could happen in the future.
But this anxiety has not affected us that much to have not continued to create, improve our skills and even learn new things.
With this photo session that we did to my brother, we practiced portrait photography, photography direction, use of artificial lighting, editing and makeup at Victoria's hands.
A diferencia de muchas otras personas hemos estado tratando de sacarle el mayor provecho a nuestro tiempo en casa durante estos tiempos de cuarentena.
Eso significa hacer mil y un cosas que antes no haciamos, solo excusandonos con la "falta de tiempo" por el hecho de estar concentrados en trabajar y buscar proyectos como locos para poder subsistir.
Bueno... Aun buscamos proyectos como locos para subsistir, pero lo cierto es que estamos limitados, como todos, además que hay una especie de recesión laboral mundial a la espectativa e incertidumbre de lo que podría pasar en el futuro.
Pero esa ansiedad no nos ha afectado tanto como para no seguir creando, mejorar nuestras habilidades e incluso aprender nuevas cosas.
Con esta sesión de fotografía que le hicimos a mi hermano practicamos retratos, dirección de fotografía, uso de iluminación artificial, edición y maquillaje a manos de Victoria.

Portraits with eyes closed are very common in very artistic photography and in make-up sessions to show the work done around the eyes.
We practice all aspects, both aesthetic and technical, so we decided to present you the same image as well, but with your eyes open.
Los retratos con los ojos cerrados son muy comunes en fotografía muy artística y en sesiones de maquillaje para mostrar el trabajo realizado al rededor de los ojos.
Nosotros practicamos todos los aspectos, tanto estéticos como técnicos, así que decidimos presentarles también la misma imagen pero con los ojos abiertos.

These are not the best or most indicated values, keeping in mind that the RAW images were much darker than we would like but we saved them with the edition.

The first GIF opening the eyes was a bit creepy on first sigth right? 😂

No son los mejores o mas indicados valores, teniendo en cuenta que la imagen RAW quedó mucho más oscura de lo que nos gustaría pero las salvamos con la edición.
