Mixed feelings. I do think that Partiko is an excellent addition to Steem, because we sorely needed a user-friendly mobile Steem app that allows people to interface with Steem easily. Do I agree that commenting on every new users’ post is spamming? Yes. Do I believe it’s uncalled for? I’m not sure. In the world of Steem, it’s hard for an app like Partiko to be acknowledged without widespread commenting, mentions, etc. We all know visibility on Steem is difficult to come by, and I think Partiko is doing the best they can to place themselves at the top of the mobile Steem apps.
