RE: A piece to my mum

Dear audience,
here you can experience the sensitive poet in our jack-of-all-trades on Steemit...

Dear Mrs. Ubong,
your son Udofot has so many talents, but you know it all. And you know how proud you can be of him. He has so many ideas and puts them into practice. My goodness, did you ever think he would manage to open a small electrical store? And so much more. Yes, sometimes even I am a little proud to know your son in faraway northern Germany. He's a funny guy, sometimes also very profound. And he's a stand-up guy. I'm very impressed by that.
Now my public praise stops, because I don't know how much I'm allowed to say. I've become a kind of confidante to your son, which I'm actually proud of. So he trusts me that nothing of all the conversations we've had will get out. And I want to keep it that way. Just this much: whatever the problem, whatever the possible solution: “And what about my mum? - No, there's still my mum who needs me. - Mum is ill, her medication has to be paid for first. - My mum feels where I am.......”
It has always touched me and will continue to touch me to feel just through words from far away Africa how much a young man loves his mother.
Udofot loves you very much, Mum... ;-)

I love this! Thank you so much.

Response from my mum:

I'm overwhelmed with emotion as I read your heartfelt message, I am so excited.

Those words about my son are so encouraging. I am happy to have read how useful my son has been in your platform. He is good in real life too. But he can mess up sometimes, pls correct him when he miss the steps.

Many times he has put my needs before his own, I see that as a blessing even though I don't side him all the time on this.

Sometimes, last year when there was an issue, he mentioned a woman with the sheep from Germany, he showed me picture. I am happy to have interact with you today. Thank you so much for your assistance those times.

It's clear that you have formed a strong bond with him, and I appreciate your sensitivity in keeping his confidences, these attributes are rare today in the world.

You are cute... ;-)

Mum Ubong, I wish you a merry and hopefully healthy, healthy Christmas.

Hugs from the lady with and the sheep... :-))
