RE: A piece to my mum

in #poetry2 days ago

Hi @sergeyk, thank you so much for such a heartfelt commendation! She has read this little piece of mind and your comment too and was very happy to hear such a great remarks about me from you. She love it!

The other day, I noticed with regret that your son hadn't posted anything for a few days—he should fix that!

Oh yeah, I will fix that. Unfortunately, I was off to take care of my Mum, she is ill and it has been a tough time for us over here. Couple with that, two of my uncles are on the hospital bed as we speak. These makes it even more difficult for me to think and write freely.

Perhaps he could write about something, for example, his school years. I even promised to ask him a few questions, and I suppose I should follow through with that promise. :)

Now, I know you really cherish my present, thank you so much and trust me, I will follow this up. I will post contents when I can and when my mind is relaxed.

Your son asked to bring a smile to your face—so may your smile never leave you. You are a true treasure in this world, and your son is undoubtedly the best proof of what a wonderful mother you are. I don't know you personally and barely know your son, but the warm words he wrote about you left me deeply moved.

Responds from my mother: Hello my brother, thank you so much for all your kind words, it proves you truly appreciate my son to have even noticed his write up. He showed me as a surprise this morning, I am not too good with social media, but i read good journals sometimes online. I love him so much and I am always proud of him. It's a happy feeling when a child appreciate their parents.
He said you are from Ukraine, please stay safe out there and I wish you and family God's protection.

Thank you so much for all your kind words and for appreciating my son, he is my first fruit in the world and I love him so much.
