Power meditation
Quietly read the following words aloud, listen to what you are saying. Read carefully and slowly, pausing between sentences and stopping for about 3 seconds wherever you find 3 periods You will pause for three seconds two periods you will pause for 2 seconds then,one period for one second, in the text it should take you about a full four minutes to read the words aloud from the beginning to the end. Before you begin get a place where you are at the center of this room or near an area where you're near a door in a corner sitting upright,barefooted,it is said that you can or may be naked, light any color candle, close the blinds, and make sure the only light you see is the candle. You're surrounded in darkness, but the only very dim light you see is the candle.You want to be in the chair upright comfortably. Before all this if wanting to record yourself saying these powerful words, instead of you holding a piece of paper. When sitting upright you want your neck and head to be comfortable as well while it sits upright as well, you don't want anything turned on or plugged up, you want all things to not bother you whatsoever no music or anything, just the sound of your own voice on repeat. Put the candle somewhere off behind you, it should shine on you but creeps over your shoulder. You may want one or two ways, one have your palms facing upwards on your knees or to have your palms on your knees, like covering them just remember you're relaxed the whole time.
