Talking and Thinking Negatively

Words do have a lot of power energetically, but not only words our thoughts too carry the same energy. Negative thought patterns build up on negative energies and that not only impacts our outer life but it also impacts our health. Like regular stress can impact the quality of our skin. When there is high level of stress, there is a decrease in progesterone levels and reduced progesterone levels will lead to issues like acne. Reduced estrogen levels will lead to lose of skin elasticity and wrinkles. This is just one example of a body part connected to our emotions, likewise our kidney is connected to the emotion of fear, live to anger and it goes on.

When we are in negative patterns whether is it thinking, talking or acting any of it, it will create some negative emotion in us, which will indirectly impact our health. Again it's not that once in a while if you get looped up in negative patterns your body will start showing problems, all these happens when we carry these patterns for a long period of time. It's not possible to be in positive state all the time, especially in the world we live and when there is so much chaos happening all the time around us. But this is about as a person, how our personality is.

Talking and thinking negatively can be an action we are doing outwardly or inwardly, which is that we can be always talking or thinking negatively about others, or it can be for our-self also. Lack of self-love can also get us fixed in these kind of patterns. All people and experiences of our life happen to make us grow, so it is best to always take things in positive stride, and if people or situation do not serve me well then my mantra to deal with them is to completely detach rather then becoming bitter and negative about it.
