Cooking with shrimp
Shrimp is one of the healthiest foods you can eat. It's packed with protein. Shrimp and chicken are 2 things you should be eating to get your protein. You can substitute these 2 foods any time you'd like if your serious at working out or trying to eat better.
I actually hate shrimp so I'm gutted. But with all the health benefits I might try to batter one and eat it ;) Thanks for the share.
As a big seafood fan, I use shrimp very often. They go well in noodle soups, pasta and they cook fast. The slight downside is shrimp cleaning but that is okay.
