It’s different. Hive is a new coin and was given as reward to those who didn’t support centralisation. 22.8888 is rejecting access to existing coins already owned by the victims. 22.8888 is like locking your bank account from money you used to own.
It's a different opinion and we can agree to disagree. The old witnesses also froze justin's assets initially. I have my doubts about justin but this is just illegal as well.
