PPL workout - PULL - Gym rings
Hey there !
Evening session today and damn it was cold again. So I had to reduce the rest time between sets to avoid freezing :)
Less rest meant less repetitions meant more sets !
On the menu today:
- regular pull-ups 5x6-8
- regular chin-ups on rings 5x6-8
- tucked plank pull-ups 5x4-6
- Australian pull-ups 5x6-8
- high face pulls 3x8-12
- biceps curls 3x8-12
All exercices done with rings today.
