A stranger is standing in the path ahead. Are they a friend, or a foe? Should the players run... or shoot... or say "hi"... or do something else?

DAY 10 ROUND 2 RESULTS

OPTION 1 – Try to jump into the woods as fast as possible and run away.

Option 1 was a popular option. I bet some of you may be thinking that when the players jumped into the woods they jumped straight into a pond full of hungry alligators... right? Well, no, not this time.

The players who chose Option 1 jumped into the woods and took off running. Whoever the person was, they are long gone now!

Players who chose Option 1 have successfully progressed to the next round.

OPTION 2 – Try to shoot the person to kill them and see if they have anything valuable.

No one chose Option 2, so the results of that option will remain a mystery.

OPTION 3 – Try to make friends and offer to help if needed.

Some of the players/teams chose to try to make friends.

"Hello? Are you friendly?" they shouted.

"Friendly enough replied the stranger." The voice was that of a young man.

Cautiously they approached one another. Some of the players remembered the encrypted note that they had been given. Pulling it out, they asked, "Does this mean anything to you?"

The young man took the note and examined it for a minute, before bursting out into riotous laughter!

"Who gave this to you? Was it a large man with a beard?"

"Yes, he had a dog too? Why do you ask?"

"Well," the young man continued, "The note reads as follows: 'The person in possession of this note is a murderous maniac. Please shoot them at once to avoid disaster.'"

Wide-eyed and startled the players look intensely at the young man.

"Don't worry," he says. "It's a joke... or at least I hope so. What direction did you see him?"

The players point back in the area that they had come from. "Somewhere back that way."

"Thanks," the young man says. "Look, I've got to get going, but I'll leave you with this if you think it can be helpful."

Before departing, he gives the players a half stick of dynamite.

Players who chose Option 3 have successfully progressed to the next round. Those who had a note now have a half stick of dynamite instead. Those who did not have a note are still alive, but no item has been gained..

OPTION 4 – Try to pretend to be friendly and then stab or shoot them to try to get any potential goods they might have.

No one chose Option 4, so the results of that option will remain a mystery.

OPTION 5 - Try to act insane in an attempt to drive them away.

No one chose Option 5, so the results of that option will remain a mystery.

DAY 11 ROUND 1 SCENARIO

With no clear plan other than staying a live, the players wonder if there might be a place where they can make a temporary home and have a good supply of food and water. All of this running around trying not to get killed is tiring.

"BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!"

Gunfire breaks out yet again, and the players immediately hit the dirt. Man! Death seems to be waiting around every corner.

In between the gunfire they can hear screaming. It appears that someone else is the target.

Cautiously the players peek through the bushes. Off to the right, not too far away, two men are firing rifles. Off to the left, at least one person is pinned down behind some logs trying desperately not to get shot.

Everyone involved has no idea about the presence of the players. What should the players do?

OPTIONS

• OPTION 1 – Try to crawl away as fast as possible.

• OPTION 2 – Try to light that half stick of dynamite and toss it between the two men firing rifles. (For players/teams with a firestarter and dynamite.)

---

• OPTION 3 – Try to shoot the men in an attempt to save whoever is pinned down behind the logs. (For players with a loaded weapon.)

---

• OPTION 4 – Try to shoot the person pinned down behind the logs in an attempt to befriend the men firing rifles.

---

• OPTION 5 - Jump out of the bushes and shout, "Can't we all just get along?"

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY

All players who have signed up and want to play must reply to this post with 24 hours in order to avoid elimination and continue gameplay. All players must reply to my option comment below, not to this post. I will reply to my own posts with the options each in their own comments, and the players must reply to whichever comment has the option that they wish to choose.

IMPORTANT: The Backup Food Supplies are in one ration portions, which can feed one player and keep them alive for two days. Also, if for some reason you decide to change your choice prior to the 24 hour response time cutofff, please contact @novaatebatman to make sure you are registered under the correct option.

Also, please remember to include your inventory in your reply. Example:

I have gas, a magnesium firestarter, a NOTE, a PLANT FIELD GUIDE and a pistol with 8 rounds of ammunition. I must eat by the end of Day 12. I choose Option 3 this round.

As always, please remember that all outcomes are predetermined. In an elimination survival game, most of your are going to die eventually. Nothing personal.

PRIZE POOL

The current prize pool is 750 SBD. The total prize pool amount will grow each round until the game is over.
