Only 2 of my followers read and upvoted my recent post. Why? Maybe because we are too busy creating content and figuring out how to get upvotes. Ignoring that reading posts and providing sensible comments, are the most important steps in building relationships, which is the very essence of Steemit community. Additionally, having a relationship with our followers somehow gives assurance that there are people who will read and possibly upvote our posts.
