Over the last 10 months promoting #Steemit and the #Steem Blockchain, starting off with #Promo-UK and then rolling out #Promo-Steem, it has evolved naturally that there is a market to fill in the gap between #Steemfest organised by @roelandp and the promotional days and presentations/podcasts/tv/interviews we do to promote #Steemit and #Steem.

The idea of #Steemfair will be to educate new users to #Cryptocurrency, #Steemit and #Steem, at the same time as providing existing users on #Steemit to showcase their accounts.

As the #Steemit community grows and more people become aware of Cryptocurrencies, I strongly believe that there is a great opportunity for the #Steemit Community to engage with the masses and #Steemfair will be a mechanism that will allow anyone, in any Country and anywhere in the World to see these events not only being held but to see how they are put together.

Over the last few days I have been putting together some budgets for venues / promotional material and would be happy to share with you some of the ideas I have in mind.

Basically, I am thinking of an Event that will be a mix of Seminars, Workshops, Presentations, Stalls, Tables, Showcasing Accounts, On-boarding New Users, Promotions etc...

It would be great to have a Skype Chat in the next few days once I have got a feel for the first venue location and speakers etc.
