for 4 minutes do as many reps as you can of
-situps (anchor your feet, keep hands behind head)
for 4 minutes do as many reps as you can of
-lunges (push your hip forward and focus on stretching your hip flexors)
for 1min/side do as many reps as you can of
-side plank crunshes
count total amount of reps for all three exercises and leave a comment.
