RE: Scrolling Through Followers Sucks

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

FYI, and maybe some of you know this, but for now, if you go to steemdb.com you can look up your followers. they are listed in order of following you, most recent first. you can click on their name to get the profile summary and see a summary of their activity.

not bad, but i think i like the solution given up by @evolved08gsr earlier in the thread. it seems to be a little more user friendly.

but like i replied there:

"a solid outside source for sure. (really solid, actually) but i was speaking in terms of something more inclusive to the site. it's a pretty decently researched thing that when users leave a site, it's harder to bring them back.

now this may not be the case for the average steemit user, but having this kind of tool built in to the site would keep more users here rather than send them elsewhere and possibly lose them to the ADD nature of the average internet user. more inclusive tools makes the site significantly more user-friendly and workable.

but, again, that's a damn fine workaround for sure!"

oh, i agree, it could be more user friendly and incorporated into the site. I just wanted to point out that in the meantime, this app, which was developed perhaps last summer (not sure exactly) offers the info people might be looking for.
