it is a real problem and @themarkymark is most certainly an integral part of that structure.
@themarkymark is clearly in violation of the Steemit inc terms of service agreement.
Steemit.inc please deal with this bad actor @themarkymark the same way you dealt with @thedarkoverlord
Let the world know that there is no place for NSA styled Chain of Command here on Steemit any more.
