I think that our mind is far greater than we think it is, and we can only hope to awaken its potential in our lifetime!
I meditate to improve my mental capacity, as I find I have slowly gained more control over my thoughts!!

I do that always everyday. Hardly will you see any motivational speaker who doesnt meditate. It is our SUREST way of getting inspiration.
