You hand out 10 $0.01 upvotes daily then make a post and take $0.14 from the reward pool.
You repeat this daily. Now you cry bullying.
You get over $500 a week from the reward pool and at $0.14 you're against it. Something hard to understand, so - how could he do it right?
194.28 Steem is not $500 lol, more like $27. Even my curation rewards for almost 600K Steem doesn't even come close to $500.
Auto-posting a report on who the account voted for (especially when the vote is barely worth a cent ) offers zero value.
Ok, the problem is that 1 vote will only bring you $ 0.007 if I try to pro vote to $ 0.01. What would be then?

You are free to vote as you like for as much as you like. I just see no point of making an automated post listing the votes you made, especially when it makes more than what you give out for the entire day.
That's not right, at 24h I spend $ 0.15 in total (at 20 votes per day). for the report I get 0.14 $ and all my contributions are deselected. No matter whether report or a hand written review.
It's not in your language, why do you care?

I have 236 Steem with an estimated value of $47 USD

It look very low because the price has just taken a big dip $0.131990 USD
But this is just one of his accounts. He has a lot more than one.
He also votes other attack accounts and has a profit share arrangement with people operating those accounts.
So you are right he is just being an abusive bully, and he is also being very economical with the truth !

Probably because of my comments here I have two new followers (honusurf62 and coininstant) and strong downvotes for example on this post. I don't know what they don't like, do you know maybe why?

What you did here is actually a slap into the faces of the people who voted on the posts, have delegated to the bots etc.
However noble your cause may seem to you you are intruding and assaulting a living national community. Are you doing the same to Korean, Malaysian, ... communities too?
What do you really win as a person (!) by educating people from a (more or less) other culture on how you think the internet should be? As far as I know, many of the articles posted before and shortly after HF21/22 have not been distributed to the majority of the German community, be it due to language issues, be it due to lack of time to keep track of the changes, be it due to other reasons.
As far as I know many of the Germans look towards the US Steemit community with fear and insecurity (I mentioned the cultural differences on internet stuff before.) Actions like this one are cementing that. I doubt this was your objection.
I'm sure there's nobody in Central Europe earning a living from Steem-related activities. Please keep that in mind next time before taking your measures on something you don't know from the inside. Thanks!

@themarkymark is an extraordinarily dishonest person. When you react to the abuse he will tell you that your reaction is the reason for the abuse. I have seen him do this many ,many times.
@themarkymark is clearly in violation of the Steemit inc terms of service agreement.
Steemit.inc please deal with this bad actor @themarkymark the same way you dealt with @thedarkoverlord
Let the world know that there is no place for NSA styled Chain of Command here on Steemit any more.
