i usually don't resteem any posts cuz it makes it hard to find the person't actual post when u go to their blog. Terry (@surpassinggoogle) is an awesome guy, but trying to find one of his posts among the 100's he re-steems each day.. that is very hard and takes a loooooooooooong time.. :P
