Hi @surpassinggoogle, Though a lots of efforts are being done by the Steemit management and Witnesses in particular to make it a better platform. This is all appreciable. Your post is another proof of how much good work you're doing . This is the positive side of the picture.

The negative side is Steemit site is going down countless times in a single day. I brought a at least 8-10 new users to join Steemit. Unfortunately, I brought them to Steemit in the same week. So, all the efforts that I had done ended in smoke.

It's true that there are alternate solutions like busy.org, esteem, ChainBB and now this Steemitstage. But this does not solve the problem because the main site is Steemit. Users already have to manage posting key, active key and a master password for Steemit to avoid any attack on their account by some hacker. When we tell the new users to take this alternate route, they get frustrated. If this had not been the case, why are Steemit posts very low in number during this week?
