I totally agree with you in every points, especially the following point which is also one of the main reasons that I joined STEEM; (apart from money! ;D)

And your last sentence is also my favorite…...“Take that opportunity like a young tree which can grow much faster without the shadows of too many old and very huge trees!” Well said!
