I have never used it. I would suggest you use more known exchanges. I think this exchange is not anything miraculous. The withdrawal fees especially; when compared with the fees in the network it is really expensive, but nothing unusual as it is an exchange. Many exchanges have even higher fees. If you are new to crypto, choose Bitfinex or Binance. I recommend you also to buy a hardware wallet to protect your funds if you invest an amount that is significant for you. Do not have anything on the exchange for a long time. You may lose your money, exchanges are hackable.
