Chest day always fun to train
Still snow and cold in Sweden Gothenburg, on my way to the gym.
The sun began to shine on its way to the gym. The first time in 6 months haha.
I started the workout with bench press which I think is a good exercise. Trying to vary the training with light weights and sometimes heavy. The body is adapting quickly and I want to shock it as much as possible. Ended 140 kg today on this exercise which felt heavily.
Also did inclained dumbbell press. I usually do 4 to 5 exercises on the chest and around 8 to 12 repetitions times 3 per exercise. As I say, sometimes I do 1 repetition heavily and drop down to lighter weights.
Time to go to the grocery store and do some shopping for this week´s foodprep
