Trekking in the Himalayas # 1⃣️ 喜马拉雅环线徒步# 1⃣️

Yesterday I met a friend whom I had long time not seen. She asked me where I liked the most in a year world journey. I didn't hesitate to answer: Nepal. I've always felt that the travel experience is a personal thing, and the most unforgettable place for me is the place I like most.

昨天见了许久未见的朋友，她问我这一年去过的地方中最喜欢哪里，我毫不犹豫的回答— 尼泊尔。一直觉得旅行体验是件很私人的事情，而于我而言最难忘的地方自然是最喜欢的地方。

Last December, we did Poon Hill trekking and ABC trekking in 10 days . Poon Hill trekking is one of the most easy trekking routes in the Himalayas, suitable for hikers who don't have enough time, as it just takes three days to get to Poon Hill and back. Top of Poon is 3200 meters high. The way up to Poon hill is not difficult to hike but it is full of stone steps and they will test your power of strength and endurance.

去年12月的时候我们走了整整十天的布恩山加ABC的环线徒步。
布恩山海拔3200米，而其中的布恩山小环线是最轻松的一条线路，适合时间不够充足的徒步者，我们登上布恩山只用了三天。布恩山沿途全部是石头台阶，虽然难度不大，但毕竟走一路向上的台阶还是很考验体力和耐力的。

We started our trekking in a resort town —Pokhara. Compared to the capital city Kathmandu, it's very clean and quiet, you can see the snow crowned mountains in the town.

我们从尼泊尔的度假小城博卡拉开始了我们的徒步。博卡拉感觉有些像大理，有美丽的湖泊，远眺可以看到雪山，也有许多中国人在博卡拉做生意，逃避世俗，过简单生活。

Many trekking routes in Nepal are developed, especially by the most popular EBC trekking, poon hill and ABC trekking. You can easily find guesthouses and tea rooms everywhere, therefore travelers can hike with a light pack and don't have to take too much own food. Although the food price on the mountain is higher than in towns, its still considerably cheap. And because all the food is carried up by local porters, which is a very hard job, it is also a kind of support to spend some money on the mountains.

尼泊尔的大部分徒步线路都极为完善，尤其布恩山加ABC环线沿途都是客栈茶室，旅行者完全可以轻装上阵，不需要自备食物。虽然山上物价偏高，但都是当地背夫耗费体力背上山的，非常辛苦，所以适当在山上消费也是一种支持。

When we arrived at Ghorepani, the village just below Poon Hill, it was dusk and we saw the mountains covered by the sunset golden light. Unspeakable stunning, I just wanted to cry, for me the scenery is definitely breathtaking beautiful, even now I'm recalling that moment still feel touched.

我们在前一天晚上抵达Ghorepana，刚到的时候看到黄昏时刻的日照金山，顿时所有身体上的疲惫都顷刻消失，只觉得想哭，那是一种让我整个人都为之颤动的美，到现在想起还是会感动。

Ghorepana is the village where most hikers stay to get to the mountain top We lived in the biggest guesthouse. It offered wi-fi and hot shower, and also offered massage service, hikers can have a good rest there.

Ghorepana是布恩山脚下的一个村庄，大部分徒步者都在此留宿，我们住在最大的一个客栈，客栈提供Wi-Fi和热水淋浴，也提供按摩服务，对于疲劳的徒步者来说可以得到较好的休息。
