Republicans have always hated the HPV vaccine, so that seems like a likely target too. RFK's anti-vaxxer group has also targeted the HPV vaccine.

In any case the bully pulpit is the real threat under the next Administration. I think we will see a continued decline in vaccination and with that the risk of losing herd immunity.
